Process: Hydrolysis process

The hydrolysis technology processes the feathers through high temperature and high pressure hydrolysis treatment, breaking the disulfide bonds (-S-S) and sulphur-hydrogen bonds in the protein feed structure, so that the protein in the feathers is partially hydrolyzed and the chemical structure of the feather fibers changes. It is converted into reusable protein feed, thereby improving the protein utilization rate of the protein feed, improving the palatability and fluidity of the protein feed, and it is easy to digest by livestock and poultry.
