The shell-and-tube condenser produced by Jiangsu Sunrise is used to condense the processing steam excluding the cooking equipment and the drying equipment.
The condenser is composed of a shell, a tube sheet, a heat exchange tube, a head and a baffle plate, wherein the process steam flows in the heat exchange tube, and the cooling water flows on the outer surface of the heat exchange tube, and adopts a countercurrent arrangement, a plurality of tubes The structure of the process increases the heat transfer coefficient of the fluid in the tube to achieve better heat transfer efficiency. The condenser heat exchange tube is made of stainless steel, which increases the corrosion resistance of the equipment.
